A momentum class based on 2:1 ratio for the strength and stamina. Lastly a Anaerobic 1:1 ratio for speed and power, turn up beast mode! Training Room
Using a four pillar backbone for their methodology. It starts with an activation phase to waken up the muscle groups, prevent injury, and prime everything for further/heavier movement. Taking all that base into phase two, which is strength. Then to clean-up the rest accessory work to work the stabilization of everything in between and incorporate balance. Finishing it off with a phase of conditioning to full circle the health of the entire body.

For the body to reach its full potential it needs to be worked out in all the ways that support it. One connection is linked to the next and this gym use its nine elements in every workout out to create a full well-rounded experience. Using the skill mills, aqua bags, bands, and more.
Turn Studios
Staying gold isn’t just a motto the whole entire is bright weight with gold trim. Delivering boot camps and cycling. Gathering together under the common ground of hyped music to sweat, be inspired, get motivation, and build community inside the doors and outside in the world. A true drive for living a healthy lifestyle.
Evolation
Yoga is path to true self in all it essence and beauty. Awakening and nurturing what lies beneath to express it in the real world. Using a green thumb inside the studio to keep everything earth-conscious. Two rooms, one heated taking a progressive spin on the original 26 moves and one non-heat for everything you need as a yogi.
Blast
A 45 minute assessment to educate and guide individuals for the prescribed level they need. Anaerobic threshold is tested to determine the high to low ranges of training, a VO2 max to determine lung capacity, and a resting metabolic read to asses the amount of calories expended daily before exercise. Take all that information into the studio train it through a five zone based system paired with resistance, treads, balls, benches, you name it!
Burn
Cycle your way, or kick, or flow. Plenty of ways to burn inside of one studio. That’s not though they have TRX, sculpt classes, and plenty of strength training as well. Pick from their six different styles of getting a good BURN.

The rower being one of the best low impact full-body calories burner it is the heart of the workouts here, but you can also find yourself in a mix of yoga, ball slams, kettle bells, and TRX. The motto here row, lift, and improve.
